Trick or Treating 2011

Our costumes are ready, the toothbrushes and toothpaste have been purchased, kids are being added to the dental insurance, batteries for the flashlights are checked, jackets are zipped high up, parents are thinking how much weight are we going to gain with all this candy in our house because it's....

TRICK OR TREATING 2011!!!

We invited some friends over that don't have neighborhoods like ours and we all joined the fun going from house to house to get some yummy candy! Sweet Seth enjoyed all the fun but once again wanted to hang with the big kids as they went door to door...

Love each one of these kiddos... Olivia, Owen, Gavin, Noah, Peyton, and Jay.

A picture would not be complete without Seth in it!!!

Let the fun begin.... our first stop. The neighbor was a bit overwhelmed with all the pint-size people... some even choose to explore her house as others got candy (mr. gavin!).

On to the Reeds who never disappoint! We made sure they used their manners with a "Thank you" after each piece of candy they got!

Making sure they got just enough pieces.

The girls and little ones had a hard time keeping up with these fast pace boys!

Batman and Spiderman!

In the bush was a scary-thing. The kids loved it cause when you touched the tree or walked past it, it made noises at you!

We had a wonderful time hanging out, chasing our kids, and walking off some calories from the candy already ate today! Now inside to get warm!!!

Fall Festival 2011 @ HGBC

Today was the Fall Festival @ our church and we always have a blast!!! This year Noah was able to particapte in more then what he did last year and he had a blast!

The Clemson Football player... Seth Belote

 Noah, Seth and me...

Spiderman... Noah Belote

Are they not the cutest?!?!

After the pre-show pictures, we headed to the church for some fun. Our first stop was the bounce house... Noah even thanked God tonight for the fun he had on the bounce house (literally).

This spiderman is not afraid of anything!

Off to skee ball...

Training him early on how to hammer stuff. We should have hired him to build the deck instead!

Putt-Putt is always tons of fun!!!

We ran into Batman (Jay Olin)!!!

Can't forget about our other super-hero friends... Spiderman (Noah), Batman, (Jay), Superman (Cooper Powell) and Spiderman (Brady Powell).

How many milk jugs can we knock down?

And we knocked them all down so we flexed our spiderman muscles... who knows where he learned this from but after almost every game he played he flexed his muscles for everyone!

We loved the Train ride. This was really the only thing Seth got to particpate in. Next year, he will have so much fun! It stinks being little sometimes!

More games.

So he got tired of the stroller. I don't blame him since Noah got to have so much fun he wanted to join in to. We let him walk around for a bit.

Or he was carried because he began to eat the leaves on the ground.

We're training him right... teaching him how to play baseball!!!

We had a blast at the Fall Festival and we can't wait til next year to have some more fun!!!

Now to defrost, fill up on candy, and get ready for more fun on Monday!!!

It's a Bird, It's a Plane,...

...It's Spiderman!!!!

Today @ Noah and Seth's school it was dress in your Halloween costume day. So we got the costumes out and Noah wore his at school, all day long from my understanding! We had no idea how he would do because the first night we got it he did not want anything to do with it. And when we arrived at school yesterday seeing all his friends dressed in their costumes, he had to put his own right now.

Noah in the middle with his buddies "Woody" (aka Cash) and "IronMan" (aka Bryce).

They had a blast at school! They went trick or treating from room to room and got some cool things. He said he had a great time! Dear Seth, well he went costume-less because we knew he would spit up all over his and we made the decision to not let him wear it until tomorrow for the Fall Festival @ church. He's going to the a Clemson Football player!!!

***And right now Noah is sleeping in his Spiderman costume because he was a good boy today. He even has the mask on!!!***

Lazy 5 Ranch - Part 2

The fun did not stop after the wagon ride around the wild animals. We ventured over to the games to have some more fun...

Someone had built a large slide made of hay and huge tubes and it was so much fun. Hard to climb up but a blast to slide down...

Noah enjoyed sliding down the slide and could have gone down it several more times.

Even the BIG kid enjoyed it!!!

Poor Seth, he would have loved the slide but there was no way I could carry him up on top of the hay.

So we watched from the bottom!

Then off to the sling shot pumpkins. Noah thought this was super cool and screamed to "do it again!"

Seth enjoyed the hand crafted animals.

And who would have thought jumping into a pool of corn could be so much fun! He did not want to get out of this. Noah thought the corn pool was awesome!!! And so did we!

And all in all they had a blast!!!!

Lazy 5 Ranch - Part 1

Thank you to some wonderful co-workers of Jeremy's, we got to go to the Lazy 5 Ranch on Sunday!!! We were a little nervous in what to expect because Noah is not a fan of animals of any kind (neither are his parents). At first, he cried and had a mini-freak out...

But then he saw the cute deer and thought everything was cool!!!

Seth and I sat in the middle so he would not "jump" out of the wagon!!!

I think they called his a deer... what do you think???

Jeremy gave in and finally fed some kind of animal. Then I decided it would be okay. Two parents that are chicken to fed animals!!! It only really tickled your hand.

And then I got brave and fed the giraffe!!!

Noah would "grrr" at the animals if they came to close. It was cute and somehow they got the idea to go away. He did summon the pigs in his direction on numerous occasions!

We were told not to fed these... I wonder why?

And finally towards the end he warmed up and started to throw food at the animals!!!

More to come tomorrow.....
