The 3 Musketeers

We've been hitting the baseball fields at least one night a week to cheer Jeremy's team on to a victory! And Noah has looked forward each night going to the ball-fields. He loves to show us how to swing a bat (even if it's not the right way). He's learning and we're teaching him day how to practice his swings. While out on the fields, he has become buddies with Gavin and Jay. These 3 boys have enjoyed playing in the dirt!!!

And sweet Seth, he's along for the ride! and enjoys being carried around the ball-fields!

On a side note - if you look closely into the picture you will notice not one but three white teeth coming through on the bottom AND if that was not hard enough on the little one, there is 4 more on the top making their way through! No wonder he's not been feeling the greatest these past 2 days!

Wednesdays...

So this week has not turned out how I exactly planned it but with kids you have to tend to go with the flow... Jeremy has been out of town since Sunday night and the kids and I have had some fun bonding. I was able to work my schedule out to pick them up both days from school and when I picked them up yesterday I knew something wasn't right when I touch Noah's skin and it was hot to the touch. Luckily, I never got a call from the school telling me to come get him but needless to say he was under the weather. He just cried when we got home and had a huge temperative. I took him to the Urgent Care and everything checked out okay. So with Motrin on board we headed to bed. He slept with me cause he wanted to be "close" to mommy. But come 2:30am he wanted back in his bed with his Spiderman sleeping bag and Woody. He's been okay today just not himself but he sure wanted to play in this HUGE pile of dirt...

It didn't last long before the dirt was boring. I looked over today at lunch and noticed Noah helping feed Seth... it was the sweetest!!!

So we are stuck at home with a kid who has we don't know and I'm ready to break free! We've had to miss a fun play-date but we'll make up for it as soon as he gets better!!!

Our Little Fishes...

We are so thankful for wonderful friends like the Walter's Family who invites us over to their pool to hang out on hot summer days!!! We've gone over to their pool often this summer to hang out and each time the boys have got more and more comfortable about getting into the pool.

Seth likes to hang out in his float or being held so he can kick and splash...

while Noah has found the 2 feet kiddie pool section so much fun!!! He'll play underneath the water fountain called the mushroom and run in and out of the water!

And he enjoys running all around the pool...

I think next summer these 2 little fishes might need swim lessons!

Surprise!!!

Last Friday, I surprised Jeremy with a Birthday Party in honor of his 30th Birthday!

I got him so good! I had been planing for weeks on how he was getting there, who was bringing him there, and making sure no one told him about this surprise. Needless to say, he had no clue!!! I asked some of his buddies to plan a dinner for him and his friends to go out and celebrate. They would make there way to the restaurant where the dinner was held. We had tons of guests from little ones to big ones and everyone enjoyed themselves! I think the biggest hit was the corn-hole Jeremy got! All the kids enjoyed playing on it!

Happy 8 months Seth!!!

Seth is 8 months old!!! I can't believe he has been with us for 8 months. He is such a joy to be around!!!

Seth is growing up to be a big and handsome boy... ironically we had to take him to the doctor today and he weighs a big ole 16 pounds, 2 ounces. He sits at the big boy table with us for dinner and enjoys all meals! He is crawling everywhere and the gates are up! He smiles all the time at everyone and loves to play with his big brother! They enjoy playing chase! We love you so much Seth and can't wait to see what next month has in store!!!

**Many of you know we're all suffered through Seth "spitting-up" LOTS! Well we got the referral today to go to the GI doctor and they put him on some reflux medications that are different then the one we were on previously. So we're grossing our fingers that we might not need to buy as much Resolve carpet cleaner as beforehand!**

Happy 30th!!!

Happy 30th Birthday to the hubs!!!! He turned 30 yesterday. Everything was very low-key yesterday. We (he) grilled out steaks and we had a quiet evening with the boys. But on Sunday, we celebrated his birthday with his side of the family. He also shares with his birthday with his oldest sister, Amber.

We went swimming at the pool and then afterwards we went back to eat wings and appetizers! It was a nice evening with lots of fun!!!

Sunday School Fun!!!

It's always hard to say goodbye to good friends. On Saturday, social for our Sunday School Class.

Noah's 1st Movie!

We had TONS of popcorn and coke to keep him occupied for the entire movie. He was so well behaved and enjoyed every last minute of it. We don't think he knew what he was getting into when he walked into the theater but to see the excitement on his face at the end was priceless!!!

He stood for some of the movie but loved every minute of it!!!

Fourth of July Fun!!!

We have had one of the best weekends in a long time!!! And it's not over yet!!! Jeremy and I BOTH have Monday off for the 4th! Today after church we quickly headed home to take naps before we headed over to Aunt Morgan's for some water time fun! We had a blast!!!

Lake Norman Fun!

Today, we packed our bags and headed to Lake Norman to visit Nina for some July 4th fun!!!

and getting spoiled rotten all day long!!!!

We had a blast on Lake Norman! We were so glad to get to the spend the entire day with family. Now off to bed for church in the morning and more fun with friends tomorrow!!!

Take me out to the ballgame...

Tonight, we headed to the ball fields for Jeremy's baseball game. More or less Jeremy plays ball while I run around the HGBC complex chasing Noah meanwhile Seth is hanging on my chest just being pleasant.

And we had to venture to the playground just because we needed something fun to climb on.

Oh yes and just maybe we get to watch the hubs hit... no clue if it was a good hit or not.
And we formed our own mini-baseball team but no one really wanted to cooperate for team pictures.

So instead the coaches got involved but Noah still wanted nothing to do with it.

And we were not thrilled that mommy forgot to bring a capri-sun for snacks after the game. All the other good moms did but me. Oh well! We still had a blast hanging out with all our friends!!!
