Wordless Wednesday!!!

I scream, You scream,...

... we all scream for ice cream!!!

After dinner, the ice cream truck was riding the neighborhood. We decided since Noah ate everything on his dinner plate that he could have some dessert! Boy was he excited about this special treat!!!

And He's on the Move!!

Seriously! I can't believe it but Seth is on the move!!! And we're not joking! He enjoys moving around the room at a slow pace. And tonight he decided to pull himself up on the side of his crib and needless to say this mom panicked and made the husband move his crib down right then. I don't know if I'm ready for him to grow up this fast! He was pulling up on the ottoman today but I never got a good picture because I was too afraid he was going to fall backwards...

Both Noah and Seth managed to mess up the living room today with all there toys!!! They were both having a blast doing it and it was so much fun to watch them interact with each other. I saw the first fight between the 2 of them with a toy. Of course Noah won but then went right to time-out for pushing his brother.

If you look closely you can see Noah has shoes on his feet. The wonderful mother I am, realized after we got home from the grocery store that he went out of the house with the shoes on the wrong feet! Both of us were so proud that he got them on that we did not realize they were on the wrong feet! Oh well... he never complained!!!

Seth's 7 month Birthday!

Seth is 7 months old!!!

I can't believe this little dude has been with us for that long!... seems just like yesterday we were bringing home from the Hospital. Let's see what he is up to...

~You love to play in the bathtub or pool water! You splash and splash!

~You eat everything in site... now you are starting to want what we have on our plates!

~You can sit up really good now. Occasionally you fall back but it's because there is something back there you want.

~You smile all the time and are the easiest baby ever!

~You still take 3 naps a day.

~You are attempting to pull up on stuff!

~You are trying to crawl places but it's more like moving your bottom to where you want to go.

~You love playing with your brother's toys which scares you mommy because they have tiny pieces.

Seth what will happen this month... will you officially begin to crawl, will you walk, what will be your new favorite food?!?! Who knows but we can't wait to see what next month has in store!!!

Summer Fun!

Today, we were invited to take a swim at the pool by Chandler and his mom! At first, I hesitated because it would only be me with the 2 kids and I've never done something like this before. But Dyanna has been telling me they have a great kids area to play in. So I gave in, and I'm so glad I did!!! Noah had a blast swimming in the pool. They have a great kid section where it only goes to his waste and he would go in and out of the water playing with all kinds of toys...

These 2 boys had a blast playing together... and the moms had a great time catching up! Let's say all the way home Noah screamed at me "I want my Chandler back!" Oh. My. Word! Well at least he had a fun and the swimming makes for some great nap times!!!

Beach Trip (Part 2)

We had a blast the remainder of our beach trip vacation!!! We did lots of fun things...

Everywhere we drove we heard from the back seat "look at that!" with so much excitement coming from a little boy. One of the things he loved was the putt-putt airplane place. So we decided to give putt-putt a try and he loved it!!!

Next on the agenda was hitting the beach...

And since I protested cooking most of the week, we ate at Johnny Rocket's for dinner one night...

Noah got into the movie "Finding Nemo" before leaving and much of the trip consisted of trying to find Nemo's dad and Bruce the shark. It was very entertaining to listen to him say "let's go find bruce!" He find some of Nemo's friends here in the mini-lake...

We had to try out a couple of acrades while we were there; someone really like the basketball game...

Seth just chilled while we strolled around!!!

And we found a school bus!!! Hooray!!!

We took a family walk each morning and by the end of the week, Noah was running to the ocean to go for the walks.

We played in the ocean waters....

We carried LOTs of buckets of water back and forth...

We enjoyed hanging out with our brother!!!

Beach 2011 (part1)

We are having a blast at the Beach!!!!

We've bonded with our brother...

We've ran in the ocean...

We've taken good naps on the beach...

We've played in the sand and built sand castles...

We've swam in the cold pool...

We've played in the ocean...

We've ran up and down the ocean sand...

We're trying to learn how to swim...

We've jumped super high into the air...

and you imagine the fun we are still going to have in the next few more days!!!

Before Noah's naptime he asked me if he could sit in his chair to read his book. I said sure and left him in there to read. I came back not even 10 min later and he was passed out in his chair. I left him there because I was afraid if I moved him he might wake up...

They are the sweetest when they sleep!!!
