We decided to leave one cabinet in the kitchen unlocked so Noah cause play. Needless to say, he goes for that cabinet every time we are in the kitchen! There are no breakables in there which is good but tons of pans which create way to much noise when thrown on the ground. But it's a beautiful site when your child smiles with the fun he's having!

Might have been steaks but not sure!Black Friday is supposed to be about shopping and getting the best bargain out on the market but my Black Friday had better deals to be found... I got to spend the day with my Family and got to see not one but two of my bestest friends!!! Nicolette and her husband came into town and we ventured over there to see them. She had yet to meet Noah and it was great seeing her interact with him. And then my other bud KT is in town to stay and live for who knows how long and we called her and went and hung out for a few hours. So great! So my black Friday was pretty priceless and worth the trips and friends we got to see!!!
We are so thankful this year for so many things... our Lord and Savior, our sweet little boy, our immediate family, our wonderful friends, our jobs, everyone's health, food on the table each night, a warm home to come into each night, cars to get us to work safely, and the list could go on! Today Noah and I went to an Allergy Specialist for him. We were referred by his Pediatrician and without hesitation I decided to take him. Honestly, I thought the appointment was going to be useless and tell me no information at all. Boy was I wrong! I found out Noah has allergies! What?!?! Neither Jeremy nor myself have any allergies of any kind so to my amazement I was shocked. Turns out Noah is allergic to cats, dust mites, pollen, and whole egg products like scrambled eggs. Also he must limit the amount of chicken and tomatoes he eats. The sad part is we eat tons of chicken and spaghetti at our house. The Doctor also started Noah on a medication for his runny nose and congestion. We're hoping this will clear things up. We go for a follow-up in 4 months!
We've been busy this weekend child proofing the house. It's official... our house is completely child and adult proof. We made the decision to child-lock our kitchen cabinets when Noah pulled my glass bowl out of the cabinet. I was so thankful it did not break!
Look at me I'm into everything! It seems as if the magic word around our house is "No!." We learned something from my sister with her little one by saying "hands off" and he's responding good. We purchased some shatterproof ornaments this year since the Christmas tree will be up. I'm hoping they live up to their name!
We've got lots on the agenda this coming week! Thanksgiving... so what are you thankful for?!?!
Noah is always on the go! Sorry for the blurry picture but it's so hard to keep the little guy still for a second! We got the chance to go see one of my best buds Ms. KT Mac today! It was so nice. Her parents got to meet Noah for the first time and the other cool part is her sister is coming in town for a couple of weeks to visit all the way from Middle East! Noah will get to meet another little friend his age when they get here! Off to enjoy this rainy Wednesday!
Today, we had the opportunity to have Jay and Gramps over. Morgan and Garrett left out of town and my dad was in charge of Jay for the weekend. Jay came over to hang out on Friday and the boys had so much fun! FYI: Morgan, Jay told me he wants a slide for Christmas!

Birthday Mom with Birthday Toddler! We had our 1 year old Check-Up today and it went great! Noah did not seem to mind the Doctors office until the very end!

Yes I do know, Noah has a big ole head! He has come down on the percentiles for his weight and he is staying the same on his height. He's growing right along. He's a fabulous eater! We've moved right into whole milk and I'm not sure who likes it better Noah or mom! He eats anything you give him. The other day I did not realize I dropped lint from the dryer on the playroom floor and he was eating the lint! Gross!

Wondering what the Nurse is getting ready to do to him... he got 4 different shots today and I elected for one to be the Flu shot. We must go back in 1 month to get the other half of it!We celebrated Noah's Birthday on Saturday with a few friends and family. We had a blast. We choose a Sesame Street them and went all out from the cake to the candles to the balloons! Noah loved every minute of it and was thrilled to have people over!

like i said, he eat anything! he was not afraid to dive into the cake this afternoon. he enjoyed every minute of it. We had a wonderful Halloween! Noah loved his costume. He did not seem to mind the eye patches underneath his eyes and he stayed warm the entire night. It rained most of the evening so our plans were changed but he still managed to hand out some candy and do a little Trick or Treating around the house.
