Priceless Moments...

5:27am. my day starts. I've been up 4 times throughout the night with Seth because he's not the best sleeper. noah's up super early at 5:35am after i get Seth back to sleep, ready to start his day, asking to see his friends. i'm half asleep still and was hoping to get a shower before everyone got up. forget that. i'm showered with sweet noah entertaining himself in the bathroom. seth's ready for breakfast at 7:00am and noah is too. i've already started a load of dark clothes after getting spit up majorly on during the nighttime. clothes are getting placed into the dryer. seth gets an unexpected bath cause he spits up all over himself once again. everyone is dressing and cleaned. oh wait, we need milk, we are the first ones at the grocery store and it's only 8:00am! i somehow manage to get all the groceries piled into the buggie. we get to the check-out line and i see a shoe and sock fly off someones feet. oh that's just noah's shoes and socks. after witnessing the check-out dude laughing at my son for the shoes flying off, we make our way out with the groceries. we're back home and groceries unloaded and placed in the pantry. seth is sleeping :-) and noah is entertaining himself with his toy story toys. laundry is folded and put away. time to finally rest. 10:00am. mom's long-time friend stops by to see seth and noah. we chat and she leaves. noah and seth both get lunch and off to nap time. both went down nicely but both got up too early from their naps, ready to play. during nap time all the Christmas decorations are taken down and a little me time is mixed in their. by request, toy story is half way watched during snack time and dad's home from work. at the request of noah, he finally gets to drive his new car on the road :-). the sun is out!!! and it's warm!!! dinner is started and more playtime is had by all. dinner is served. noah decides he doesn't want to eat dinner for some reason tonight. oh wait that's cause i gave him a cookie at 5:00pm not realizing what time it was and he wants more cookies for dinner. we clean up from dinner, play some more with out toys and then it's bed time. i'm not sure who was more excited about this... the boys or me!?! noah wants to have a slumber party with seth and all his pillows and blanket are placed into seth's crib. i let them entertain each other for a while in the crib, savoring the moment. through it all: i've changed numerous diapers, been majorly spit up upon, witnessed a 2 year old throw 2 tantrums at the house, somehow got banana's in my hair, only went to the restroom myself twice today, drank TONS of mountain dew, and had about 3 cookies myself. would i re-do today. nope. i've enjoyed every last minute of it with these 2 angels!!!!!! and that's why today is PRICELESS cause it will never happen again!
good-night world...

Christmas 2010

What a wonderful Christmas we had this year! We could not ask for a better time with friends and family. We started off with Christmas Eve Service at our church. The kids did so good listening and singing. They enjoyed the time at church and behaved so well. They got to see some friends before heading out with family.
After the service, we headed to my parents house where the fun began with the unwrapping of presents and the eating. Noah and Jay could barely contain themselves with excitement to open up the presents. At one point in the night, Jay asked where are the toys and this was before we opened up any gifts. He knew he was getting toys for gifts.
Jeremy helping Noah to see what he can find in the stocking...

Noah is thinking why so much tape on all these boxes!

Toy Story was the hit item of the year. Noah got a Buzz Light year and several other Toy Story items. Each night this far, he's gone to bed with Buzz and Woody at his bedside. In the morning when he gets up, we hear "To Infinity and Beyond!"

Jay needs his moms help getting into this gift.

The 2 presents the boys enjoyed the most... the wagon and the drill!!!

More boxes and it's gonna be clothes... Noah thinks boring but I like!

Jay and Noah helping each other unwrap the gifts.

Each time these 2 get together we get a beautiful piano melody played for us.
And we headed home after it was all done because we had to get home to bed for Santa.... Noah and Seth went down great on Christmas Eve night cause they knew Santa was coming!!!

Santa has arrived in full swing... Noah reaching into the bag full of goodies!

And he still plays with his drill!

The way cool Fire Station and Fire Truck that Santa got him.

More Toy Story and an ambulance to go with the Fire Station.

checking out the Station.

And the big gift... a Buzz Lightyear car!!!! This year the car actually works and will move. We let Noah play with it inside since it was cold outside.
We headed over to Jeremy's parents house on Christmas morning to see his family. Noah once again got spoiled and enjoyed every minute of the attention from everyone.

Noah not paying attention.

Noah getting another fabulous Toy Story item!

Jeremy with his brother Jordan.

Cousin Dylan with his mom, Aunt Amber. Noah enjoyed playing with him.

More Toy Story!

And sweet Seth... I just realized this is the first picture of him. He slept almost the entire time were out and about with Christmas. He's such a sweet little one and melts your heart. He got the best gift of all... a Bible! Noah got one his first Christmas and we thought it would be important to get Seth one as well!

and my 2 sweet Angels!... and with 2 kids I can already tell I won't be getting a picture anytime soon with the 2 looking at me!

and lastly my sweet Seth just enjoying the day after Christmas!

Fun Friday's

We had a busy but FUN Friday! It started off around lunchtime with a Christmas program put on by Noah's school. He did so good! Then we headed over to a friend's house for the 1st Annual BIGGIE Crew Christmas party. The males in the picture have know each other for a long time and now that everyone is married we decided to get all the families together. We had a blast! We ate, exchanged gifts, ate, played games, ate and laughed. As you can tell from the title of the party the men in the group are not afraid to eat!
the entire gang!!!... we were talking to see how the group will grow in years to come with the addition of little ones!

All the ladies!

All the men!

Alex and Carolina Hinterberger

The Belote Family

The Walters

You're probably wondering about the beautiful sweaters... well we decided to see who can wear the tackiest sweater and Alex won! His lite up! CRAZY!!!
Check out my sweet Noah in his Christmas Program... I told him to stand still and he sure did!!! He didn't move a muscle!!!! He was done though when he saw his parents in the audience cheering him on!!!

homemade playdough

I decided to get creative with Noah today since we kept him home from school... the "wintry mix" which never happened! I found on the Internet how to make homemade play dough and I happened to have all the ingredients in the pantry except food coloring. so we went to town this morning while Seth was napping making play dough....
Stirring all the ingredients together, flour went everywhere but Noah had fun stirring!
Afterwards we played with the dough for a while and it kept him entertained for most of the morning. I decided to not put the dough to waste and we made some cute hand prints to save and admire in the years to come...

Noah and Seth's hand prints!!!! so sweet!!!!

Brotherly Love

Noah's been very good at helping with his brotherly duties and making sure "Seph" is well cared for. When Seth starts to cry out, Noah screams "Seph" and of course runs to see where he is. And when you ask to get a diaper, he runs to get Seth's diapers.
Today, when Noah got home from school, he wanted to cover Seth up with his blanket to stay warm. He did a good job of getting it on there and making sure every inch of him was covered with the blanket.

And then he took the blanket off and wanted a picture with him while he was doing tummy time!

Little sweet thing this morning, just chilling! He's been so good the past few days, not crying as much. He's not been as gassy as before... we're tried a few tricks from others and it's helping so much. He's so much more alert right now and Noah wants to play with him all the time! Once they get older, they are going to be the best buddies!!!

Everywhere I go, you go... Woody

Noah is VERY much into Toy Story right now. Everyday we get asked by him to watch one of the two Toy Story DVDs that we own. His favorite character is WOODY! Woody goes everywhere with Noah... eating at the dinner table, to school in the mornings, to bed each night and in the bathtub!
If you look hard, you can find Woody eating Spaghetti Os with Noah at lunch today! So if you are wondering what to get Noah for Christmas, anything Toy Story he will love!!!

Burr... it's cold outside!

So when it's cold outside and you have a little one, one must stay indoors and keep warm! Noah stayed home from school today and did well entertaining himself. He wants Seth to play with him so much but what Noah doesn't realize is that Seth is still to little to play with him.

Noah did jump on the play mat with Seth but Seth did not enjoy the company. Noah was trying to show Seth how much fun the play mat can be!

At least Seth enjoyed being on his stomach for tummy time!

Cheese! Noah in the tunnel!

Sleeping so peaceful!!!!
